Lunch box included for both competition days. Omnivore, vegetarian, vegan options, and other dietary restrictions available.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Team Registration
Registration is exclusively done by team, with a number of participating players ranging from 6 to 10.
Captain's Role
The captain must indicate whether they wish to register a complete team and provide their own information as Player 1.
Team Details
Team name, home city, sports association/club, and selection of ideal skill level.
Player Information
For each player (up to 10), the form requires: Last Name, First Name, Email, Phone, Date of Birth, Country of Origin, and Dietary Preference.
Validation
A team is considered validated once payment is completed for all registered players.
Payment
Payment is made individually or by team via the Hello Asso platform (link provided at the end of the form). A confirmation email will be sent by the organizers after payment validation.
LEGAL INFORMATION
Image Rights
Participants agree to be photographed/filmed during the tournament for communication and promotion of the event by MUST association (website, social media, digital media), excluding any commercial exploitation.
Personal Data GDPR
Consent to the collection and processing of personal data strictly necessary for the organization and management of the event. This data will not be shared with third parties and will be retained for the necessary duration. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
Captain's Confirmation
The captain must confirm having informed all members of their team about the provisions concerning image rights and the use of personal data, and having obtained their agreement.
